Diese Techniken ermöglichen sowohl Neulehrkräfte als auch Profis
das im Klassenzimmer zu tun, was sie eigentlich machen wollen – nämlich zu unterrichten!
Michael Grinder gilt als einer der weltbesten Trainer und Innovator im Bildungsbereich und NLP. Er ist DER Experte nonverbaler Kommunikation und ein Meister der Gruppendynamik.
1941 geboren studierte er Theologie und Pädagogik. Er übernahm die Methoden und Techniken seines Bruders, John Grinder (Co-Entwickler von NLP), und reformierte sie auf den Bereich Schule, Pädagogik und Gruppendynamik.
Derzeit ist er als assoziierter Professor an der University of Oregon und California tätig und es ist uns eine große Ehre ihn als Gasttrainer hier in Wien gewinnen zu können.

Learn to take a step back in order to objectively observe yourself, your students and classroom situations. This helps you to keep calm and to change your behavior accordingly. (Bring your tablet or smart-phone to record and then observe yourself objectively in the seminar and at home)
